A Rite-Aid Warehouse Distribution Center in Maryland was the scene of this week’s third mass shooting in the United States. Within the 24-hour period before this latest shooting, another took place on Wednesday afternoon at a courthouse in Masontown, Pennsylvania and on Wednesday morning at a software company in Middleton, Wisconsin the latter of which is near Madison, Wisconsin’s state capital. In both of the other shootings, the gunman was shot and killed before anyone else died. Four were wounded in Pennsylvania, five were wounded in Wisconsin. The shooter in Maryland was still at large at the time I started writing.
This is another very short article based on breaking news since I’m still working simultaneously on three. I hope you’ll again bear with me.
An Eastern first quadrant below-the-horizon dominance opens the 1st house Venus-ruled chart with Cardinal angles. Venus forms a separating opposition to 7th house Uranus in Venus-ruled Taurus in the midst of their T-square formed by the 4th house Moon-Mars conjunction at the arm. Partiles appear to be everywhere as one notes Venus forming a 18-minute partile square to the Moon while Uranus forms a 31-minute partile square to Mars. Meanwhile, the Moon-Mars duo additionally forms a 20-minute partile conjunction to the South Node! As if that weren’t enough, while you remember that Uranus and Saturn co-rule Aquarius (Saturn is a traditional ruler; Uranus is the modern ruler), take note that Mars and Saturn form a 22-minute partile semisextile which resolves in a Resonant Blooming Undecaquartisextile (165°) at 17 Cancer 31 in opposition to 3rd house Pluto within a 1°16′ orb.
I was just about ready to close this article when another news story came in with the stunning explanation to what I was seeing with 11th house transPluto forming an 11-minute partile quincunx (150°) to Mars, 12th house Ceres forming a 4-minute partile trine to the Moon–and a 22-minute partile semisextile to Venus, which resolves in a 6th house Resonant Blooming Undecaquartisextile at 21 Aries 38, the antiscion of which falls at 8 Virgo 22, forming a 4-minute partile conjunction to Pallas in the 11th house. Pallas is the problem solver often among friends. Perhaps that needs no further explanation but begs the question: Why did a woman pick up the gun that killed all of these people?
With the Powell chart progressed (p2) to September 20 for the time of the shootings, the Sun in the p2 Powell chart (outside) forms a single but very powerful undecaquartisextile to the Sun-Mercury conjunction in the Aberdeen, Maryland shooting chart. Mercury in Virgo in this chart, you’ll see, forms a perfected conjunction to and rules the Ascendant of the p2 Powell chart at 27 Virgo 04! The p2 Powell Neptune Rx. also forming a 55-minute partile conjunction to the Ascendant in the p2 Powell chart as well as to Mercury in the Sun-Mercury conjunction.
I’ll share something else I just spotted in this biwheel that relates to the p2 Powell chart. You just can’t make this stuff up, as John Davenport would say. Thanks to John, he nudged me to add the p2 Powell which had come to mind. Pay attention to that Resonant Blooming Undecaquartisextile in the shooting chart and then look at 6th house Chiron in the p2 Powell chart with its 1-minute partile square to that aspect many of you have begun to play with a bit more. In addition, the p2 Powell chart also reveals 12th house Mars in a 40-minute partile opposition to Chiron–forming a unique Cardinal T-square with the Resonant Blooming Undecaquartisextile in the 9th house as the heightened sensitivity point!
I considered this series of additional aspects and wondered whether the shooter, Snochia Moseley, had been seething and struggling to maintain her composure when she could no longer do so. The charts seem to imply unbridled anger at the helm since p2 Powell’s Saturn in the 1st house assists the shooting chart’s fixed T-square with Venus in opposition to Uranus in square to the Moon-Mars conjunction through Saturn’s 47-minute partile square to Mars. She owned the gun and apparently knew who she was planning to kill before taking her own life. But at 26, I can’t help but feel sorry she couldn’t have found an alternative way rather than taking three lives including her own.
As if to offer a final punctuation to this series of tragedies that began yesterday and completed with the triple killings including the suicide of the 26-year-old female shooter among the 6 shot this morning, Saturn at 2 Capricorn 42 has its antiscion at 27 Sagittarius 18 in perfected square to the Sun-Mercury 27 Virgo 18 midpoint in the 11th house! Mercury in any hard aspect to Saturn can be depressing, mentally cruel or offer a heightened mental ability to analyze and edit. In square to the Sun, one might be a workaholic or be prone to heart problems. In this case, I’d say all of that could have been possible at the time of the killings.
